The minimum stay is 2 nights.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining 50% is due one month before your stay.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your stay receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of your stay are non-refundable.

The hot tub is available as an add-on for +$250 per night. All other amenities — the pool, lazy river, sports courts, outdoor kitchen, and more — are included in the base rate at no extra charge.

No coordination needed. We'll send you all gate codes and door codes a few days before your arrival. Everything is self-check-in — just pull up and enjoy.

Yes! Early check-in and late check-out are available depending on scheduling and availability. Just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

The pool is not heated. The hot tub is available as a paid add-on if you'd like a warm water option.

Yes — WiFi is available both inside and outside the property.

Yes! The property features a full outdoor kitchen with both a grill and a flat top — perfect for cooking for the whole group while staying part of the action.

We provide towels, soap, and shampoo for showering. We recommend bringing any other personal items you may need for your stay.

Yes — there is plenty of parking available on the property for your whole group.

The nearest grocery store is about 8–10 minutes away. The Beaumont mall is also just 8–10 minutes from the property. Despite being set on 200 secluded acres, you're never far from everything you need.
